Type A appear to favor the Hohokam tradition of the southwest in use 600 A.D. to 1100 A.D.

Martindale in use 4000 B.C. to 1000 A.D. and Frio in use 3000 B.C. to 500 A.D.

Type B are Castroville in use 4000 B.C. to 1000 A.D. and Bulverde 3000 B.C. to 1000 A.D.

Type C are Castroville , Bulverde and Marcos in use from 3000 B.C. to 1000 A.D.
